How a piece gets made, from a napkin sketch to your hand.

Step One

Consultation

Ninety unhurried minutes in the Carytown salon. We talk budget honestly, look at loose stones, and sketch by hand.

Step Two

CAD & Wax

You approve a rendered model and a printed wax you can actually try on before a gram of metal is cut.

Step Three

Casting

Poured in platinum or 18k at our bench on Cary Street, then filed, soldered and finished by hand.

Step Four

Setting

Stones set under the scope, final polish, appraisal written, and the box tied before you take it home.

Every center stone arrives with documented origin, and our recycled metal is refined in the United States.

Lifetime cleaning

Walk in any Saturday for ultrasonic cleaning, prong checks and re-polish. No appointment, no charge, forever.

Appraisal included

A written insurance appraisal ships with every purchase over $2,000, updated free every five years.

In Their Words

They talked me out of the bigger stone. I still think about that.

Daniel R. · The Fan

My grandmother's setting was past saving. They rebuilt it around her diamond and it looks like 1948 again.

Priya M. · Church Hill

We drove in from Short Pump expecting a counter and a sales pitch. We got coffee and a sketchbook.
