Redesign & migration
Website redesign for businesses that have outgrown their site.
Slow on a phone, hard to update, invisible on Google, or stuck on a builder you’re overpaying for — we rebuild it on WordPress, carry over what’s working, and redirect your old pages so the search traffic you’ve earned comes with you.
Signs your website needs a redesign.
It’s slow on a phone
Most visitors arrive on a phone. If the page takes long enough to notice, many of them leave before it loads.
You can’t update it
Hours and prices are wrong because changing them means calling someone, or logging into something nobody remembers.
It doesn’t show up on Google
Missing titles, one page trying to rank for everything, or no connection to your Google Business Profile.
It doesn’t ask for anything
A visitor reads it and leaves, because there’s no obvious button to call, book or buy.
How a website redesign works.
- A 20-minute call about what the business earns from and what customers need to see
- We review your current site and draft the new copy — you correct it
- Your new site is built on a private preview link, not a picture of one
- We map every old page address to its new home with permanent redirects
- Go live, submit the sitemap to Google, and hand you a recorded walkthrough
Moving off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy.
Website builders are easy to start on and hard to leave: you can’t export a working site, and the monthly bill keeps climbing. We rebuild on WordPress, the platform most designers already know, so you’re never stuck with us either. You get administrator access from day one, and if you ever leave we export the whole site for you at no charge.
Once it’s rebuilt, we can host and look after it — see website maintenance plans — or hand it to you to host wherever you like.
What a website redesign costs.
Most redesigns fit a standard package: Launch at $299, Growth at $699 or Storefront at $1,500, plus $39–$59 a month for hosting and care. Large sites, multi-location businesses and complex migrations are quoted after a review, from $3,000.
Website redesign questions.
Can you redesign an old or outdated website?
Yes. We rebuild it on WordPress, keep what’s working — your content, your photos, the pages that already get traffic — and fix what isn’t: speed, mobile layout, and a clear next step for the visitor.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We map your old page addresses to the new ones with permanent redirects, so existing links and search history carry over. Rankings can move for a few weeks after any relaunch, but you don’t start from zero.
Can you move my site off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy?
Yes. Those builders don’t let you export a working site, so we rebuild it on WordPress, move your content across, and redirect the old addresses. After that you own the files and can host them anywhere.
Can you move my existing website to your hosting?
If it’s already WordPress, usually — we move it onto our hosting and pick up the maintenance. If not, a rebuild is often faster than untangling the old site.
How long does a redesign take?
The same timelines as a new site once your content is in: 72 hours for a one-page site, five business days for a multi-page Growth site, and two to three weeks for an online store. Larger migrations get a timeline with the quote.
